Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a PSCU member in good standing.​

  • Enrolled or planning to enroll in a college or technical school.​

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.​

  • Not a recipient of a PSCU scholarship in the past two years.​

  • Not a direct relative of a PSCU employee, elected, or appointed official.​
     

Application Requirements:

  • Two letters of recommendation from a teacher, guidance counselor, employer, or community leader.​

  • A 60-second video summarizing the importance of financial independence.​

  • Most recent academic transcript.​

  • Completed application form.
